We are looking for a dedicated and motivated internal sales employee, with 1 to 2 years' experience from B2B sales. Internationally minded person with perfect English language skills and a professional approach.
Together with your colleagues in the internal sales team, you will be handling the daily contact for our domestic and export customers.
Your daily work assignments include but are not limited to:
- Order handling including preparing any required documentation
- Preparing quotations based on customer requests, including documentation
- Finding the best commercial and technical solutions for our customers
- General customer care through phone and e-mail correspondence
- Maintaining and updating customer information in ERP system
The position, apart from good customer service skills, requires responsibility and an interest in technical sales. You have preferably worked in a similar back office position, ideally within electric motor business or marine market, and are familiar with sales and the processes and customer expectations involved.
The ideal candidate has positive and professional attitude. Is self motivated and is able to maintain a high drive and commitment to the daily work. The customer is the main focus, and you handle assignments with energy and a desire to give a customer a high quality, error free experience. You have perfect communication skills and are structured and well organized in your work approach. Hoyer is an international company with departments in Europe and Asia, so previous experience abroad or from international companies is an advantage and fluent English is a must.
